All bookings with Leryia are designed to provide a private, respectful, and tailored experience. To ensure the best service for everyone, please read the following carefully before confirming your booking: ✅ Booking Confirmation: • Bookings are secured only once full payment is received (unless otherwise agreed). • You will receive an email confirmation with all details after completing your booking. ✅ Arrival & Timing: • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be cancelled or rescheduled at Leryia’s discretion. ✅ Respect & Conduct: • All sessions are professional, respectful, and by mutual agreement. • Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. ✅ Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund or free reschedule. • Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. ✅ Rescheduling: • Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact as early as possible to request changes. ✅ Waitlist Policy: • If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. • Waitlist bookings will be contacted in order of request if slots open up. ✅ Privacy & Discretion: • All bookings are handled with strict confidentiality. • No details will be shared without explicit consent. ✅ Questions or Changes: • For any booking questions or to request changes, please use the contact details provided in your confirmation email.
