RIO NYE 2025 is history in motion — the first ever Black Meat Market (BMM) New Year’s takeover. Six days in Brazil’s most electric city. Six days built for Black gay, DL, and bi men who want more than the usual.
We’re not coming alone. Our partners Frolic and Deviant bring their own nightlife fire, while MelanQuest leads the way on the ground — curating the tours, the sights, and the hidden corners that make Rio unforgettable.
The balance is deliberate. By day, we hit Rio together: Christ the Redeemer towering above us, Lapa’s steps under our feet, the sun on our backs at Copacabana. By night, the vibe shifts. Rooftops. Dance floors. Private takeovers. The kind of parties where the music hits hard, the energy stays high, and the freedom to let go belongs only to us.

MONDAY 29 DECEMBER
Welcome to Rio
Touch down and settle in. Sunset drinks roll into the Frolic Opening Night Party, the first link-up, the first taste of the energy we’ve flown across the world to create. Followed by a BMM themed party
THURSDAY 1 JANUARY
Recovery & Pool Brunch
The first sunrise of the year belongs to Copacabana. MelanQuest takes us poolside for a daytime brunch hangout: food, drinks and the slow return to life. Later, a Bare It All night session brings the raw BMM energy back into play for those who want to end the day stripped of everything but the vibe.
TUESDAY 30 DECEMBER
Deviant in Rio
The morning is yours: Copacabana beach, shopping or city walks. As night falls, Deviant takes over. Darker, edgier, unapologetic: a party built for men who move different and one that stamps our presence firmly in Rio nightlife.
FRIDAY 2 JANUARY
Three Tours + Closing Link-Up
The last full day goes deeper. With MelanQuest leading the way, the group hits three of Rio’s icons: Sugarloaf Mountain, the colorful Lapa Steps, and the legendary Christ the Redeemer. At night, we bring it all back together for one final link-up — intimate, charged, a family-style closing that keeps the fire burning until the very end.
WEDNESDAY 31 DECEMBER
The New Year’s Eve Takeover
The night that brought us here. Together with Frolic and Deviant, BMM leads the first ever Black international NYE takeover in Rio. Fireworks on the beach, music that doesn’t quit, bodies in motion until the year flips. One city. One countdown. One moment that belongs to us.

PINK FLAMINGO
A Rio nightlife staple: colourful, vibrant, and unapologetic. For one night only, it transforms under our flag, giving the Frolic party a stage that matches its international fire.
VENUE 2
GALERIA CAFÉ
A legendary Copacabana spot with history, character, and rhythm. This is where the city meets the takeover, and where Deviant stamps its name into the heart of Rio nightlife.

Our hidden playground. Exclusive, discreet, and built for connection. This is where BMM brings its rawer edge — an intimate, late-night setting away from the noise of the city.
