This is a booked content experience available to confirmed attendees only. Participants secure a timed filming slot, which guarantees private access to the room during their selected time.
Slots are booked in advance and are limited.
Your slot time is for room access, not arrival. You’re free to arrive earlier, connect, and prepare before your session begins.

Self Shoot
This option is for participants who want to film their own content using their personal device during their allocated time slot. BlackRoom provides the space and structure; filming is fully self-managed. No videographer and no editing are included.

Pro-Shoot (Raw)
This option includes filming by the BlackRoom videographer during your allocated time slot. You will receive the raw, unedited footage after the event. No edits, music, or teasers are included.

Pro-Shoot + Edit
This option includes filming by the BlackRoom videographer plus a professionally edited final video. The edit will be clean and ready for upload, with the option to include a short teaser. Footage is delivered after the event.
