About Mandem Freakhauz
Mandem Freakhauz is the stripped-back, no-frills, sex-forward weekender under the BMM umbrella; affordable by design and intentionally uncomplicated. This is not Manor Weekend. It is not premium. It is focused.
For three days, a limited group of Black men share one house in a closed, private environment. No day passes. No outside access. Once the weekend begins, the doors close. The rhythm is simple: sex, eat, sleep, repeat. Most of the weekend is spent minimally dressed or completely naked. The atmosphere is masculine, direct, and DL-friendly. What unfolds does so naturally within a house of like-minded men who understand the assignment. Privacy and consent are not optional, but they are foundational.
The experience runs in two chapters each year: May and July. Each edition operates at controlled capacity to preserve intensity, proximity, and discretion.

🛑 House Rules
Mandem Freakhauz is a private, sex-forward house environment. These rules are non-negotiable and exist to protect the space, the property, and everyone inside it.

Consent is law. Ask before touching. “No” means no, immediately. Pressure, coercion or repeated boundary violations result in removal without refund.

No filming or recording. No photos, videos, screen recordings, or audio recordings anywhere inside the property. Discretion is mandatory. Breach of this rule = immediate removal.

Respect the property. Treat the house, furniture, bedding, and appliances with care. Clean up after yourself. Reckless or deliberate damage is not tolerated.

Property damage is chargeable. Any damage caused through negligence or misconduct will be financially chargeable to the individual(s) responsible.

Hygiene is expected. Arrive clean. Maintain yourself throughout the weekend. Dispose of waste properly and respect shared areas.

No outside guests. Only confirmed attendees are permitted inside the house at any time.

Substances policy. Personal alcohol is permitted within reason. Illegal substances are not permitted. Obvious intoxication or disruptive behaviour will result in removal.

Follow host direction. The on-site BMM host has final authority on safety, conduct, and property matters. Their decisions are binding.
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
1. SECURING YOUR SPOT
• Submitting the application form does not automatically confirm your place.
• Your space is confirmed only once payment has been made.
• Spaces are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis within each tier.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may choose either:
• Full Payment: Pay the total amount upfront to secure your space immediately.

Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in release of your space
7. DEPOSITS AND INSTALMENTS
• A £10 non-refundable booking deposit is included in all listed prices.
• Deposit payments express intent but do not guarantee your space indefinitely.
• Instalments are permitted; however, spaces are prioritised for fully paid attendees.
• If capacity is reached by fully paid bookings, incomplete bookings may be released and any additional payments (excluding the £10 deposit) refunded.
• Full payment must be completed by the stated deadline.
2. PRICING STRUCTURE
Season Opener – May
(3 Nights)
• Lounge Access: £90
• Shared Room: £160
Summer Peak – July (2 Nights)
• Lounge Access: £100
• Shared Room: £180
5. REFUND POLICY
• All payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or personal schedule changes.
• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your space to the next Mandem Freakhauz chapter within the same calendar year, subject to availability and organiser approval.
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event start date.
Only one transfer per booking is permitted.
3. BOOKING FEE
A £10 non-refundable booking fee is included within the listed price of each tier.
This fee covers administrative processing and payment platform charges.
6. SHARED ROOM STRUCTURE
Shared rooms may accommodate between 2–6 attendees depending on room size and configuration.
Sleeping arrangements may include beds or airbeds allocated within the room.
By selecting a shared room, you acknowledge and accept flexible sleeping arrangements within a communal bedroom setting.
