Cancellation Policy

All bookings with Swhirly during BMM Carnival Weekend 2026 are intended to provide a private, respectful and well-coordinated experience for everyone involved. Please read the following carefully before securing your booking. ✅ Booking Confirmation • Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been successfully completed. • Confirmation details will be sent by email or direct contact after booking. • All bookings remain subject to final availability and scheduling coordination. ✅ Arrival & Timing • Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be cancelled or shortened depending on availability. ✅ Respect & Conduct • All sessions, collaborations and meetups are expected to remain respectful, consensual and professional. • Aggressive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. ✅ Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking may qualify for a refund or reschedule. • Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur a partial cancellation fee. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. ✅ Rescheduling • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability due to the limited nature of Carnival Weekend scheduling. ✅ Privacy & Discretion • All bookings are handled privately and discreetly. • Exact locations and coordination details will be shared privately closer to the booking time. ✅ Content & Recording • Any filming or content creation must be mutually agreed upon by everyone involved. • Unauthorised recording or sharing of private information is prohibited. ✅ Questions & Support • For any booking questions or scheduling changes, please use the contact details provided in your confirmation communication.
